Yola saldığımız 2009-cu il Azərbaycan iqtisadiyyatı üçün əvvəlki illərlə müqayisədə yalnız maraqlı hadisələrlə zənginliyi ilə deyil, həmçinin məsuliyyətlili və çətin olması ilə fərqləndi. Uzun illər davamlı iqtisadi artımdan sonra milli iqtisadiyyat 1996-cı ildən bəri ilk dəfə olaraq bir sıra çətinliklərlə qarşılaşmışdır.
